Ronlin and his preferred mate had nine daughters, but none of their offspring turned out quite the way they wanted (They'd planned for their daughters to marry rich nobles.). The youngest, Ronilei (a Dragonrider in Ryanon's Base Camp) was a particular disappointment to them.
