This chat list is a place for people to discuss historical elements within the Arthurian tradition. This includes, but is not limited to, candidates for the historical King Arthur, historical events that appear as tales within the tradition, and historical antecedants of the Holy Grail legends. Book, program and movie reviews/alerts are welcome, but please make sure that you have read the book or seen the show in question before you review it.

Note: Posts are not reviewed before they are sent to the list; however, people who do not obey the rules will be removed.

The list rules are:

1. No profanity or other types of offensive statements.

2. No posting of spam to the list.

3. Please stay on topic. Every post should have something to do with historical elements in the Arthurian legends.

4. No posting of fiction (or of anything else that violates copyright).

5. Please keep your posts to a reasonable length and number. Most of us don't have the time to wade through chapter-length posts, and many people cannot accomodate dozens of large messages sent to their mail boxes every day.
