Originally a cottage, Cassatill is currently expanding. Self-sufficient, they specialize in raising racing horses. The current noble and his lady are Caleb and Ellisa.

The heir to Cassatill is Kristopher, husband of Lady Jalla, who is heir to Tramson Castle. Kris and Jalla are setting up their own cottage, Joint Venture, under Caleb.

Caleb and Ellisa's eldest daughter, Keelia, is married to a noble in northern Daethia.

Kasie, another of their daughters, is fostered with Dragonriders Krin and Jilian of Ryanon's Base Camp in Dumnonia; she spends one rotation out of every three at Cassatill while her foster fathers are on the front line.
