The Dragonlords of Dumnonia

So you have a status character who needs to fill out a report. What to do?

Well, here is a sample report for a Lord or Lady:

Tramson Castle Report
by L.A. Malcor (Lord Janix)

Current characters attached to the castle are:

[LIST]

There are openings for [LIST AVAILABLE POSITIONS].

Since the last report the following major events have happened:

[DATE] [EVENT]

Respectfully submitted,

Lord Janix,
Tramson Castle

To compile a report:

1. If you are a Lord or Lady (or the equivalent), contact everyone attached to your castle.

   If you have any questions about whom you should contact, message Lady Zara at amberfocus@hotmail.com.

   Here is a sample message:

   Greetings [TITLE] [NAME]!
   
   My castle report is due.  Have any major events (injuries, deaths, births, marriages,
   leaves of absence and the like) in your life that should appear in this report as being
   of general interest to people writing stories for the Dragonlords of Dumnonia fanzines
   occurred since [DATE OF LAST REPORT]?
   
   [NAME OF LORD OR LADY]
   

2. When you receive the answers, put the information on your reports. (You might want to assign one of your underlings--such as your steward--the task of sending out these messages. That person can then forward the replies to you for your report.)

3. Your completed report should be sent to your fanzine text editor, Lady Zara, at amberfocus@hotmail.com).
