A chapter may advertise for members in the QO newsletter and solicit members on the QO chatlist. A chapter can also run an ad about the newsletter or fanzine (if any) that the group publishes. Contact Herald-Mage Adept Danya Winterborn to place ads or if you would like me to interview you about your organization for the QO newsletter.
