As you can see, there's a little bit of overlap in some of the territories. If you can't find a chapter in your region, contact the chapter of your choice anyway. Most chapters accept members outside their area.
The easiest way to start a chapter is to adopt one that already exists but that no one is currently running. Herald-Mage Danya Winterborn has the information you need to adopt one of these chapters. Chapters that are currently up for adoption are marked on the lists above.
If you would rather start a chapter from scratch, contact Herald-Mage Danya Winterborn and tell her your idea for the region where you would like to start the chapter. She will put you in touch with people from that area who have expressed an interest in a chapter. Decide what you want to do. Chapters may:
A chapter may advertise for members in the QO newsletter, and solicit members on the QO chatlist or in the QO Delphi Forum. A chapter can also run an ad about the newsletter or fanzine (if any) that the group publishes. Contact Herald-Mage Danya Winterborn to place ads or if you would like me to interview you about your organization for the QO newsletter.
